We begin with ENS (Bio-Sensor) exercises from days 3-16. These gentle stressors improve cardiovascular performance, strengthen adrenal glands, and boost disease resistance.
We introduce a variety of sounds—thunder, fireworks, doorbells, and household appliances—at low volumes, gradually increasing intensity to build confidence, not fear.
Starting at 3 weeks, we introduce distinct sleeping and potty areas. By 8 weeks, your puppy understands the concept of going outside or using designated trays.
